Anyone can say “guaranteed”. These are the actual terms, in writing, and they follow the house rather than the buyer.
Lifetime Material Warranty
On the seamless aluminum guttering system and the leaf guard, against factory material defects. Defective parts repaired or replaced at no charge. Will not chip, bubble or flake under normal wear. Transferrable.
10-Year Performance Warranty
Ten years from installation against sagging, pulling loose, leaking or not functioning properly because of how we installed it. Requires leaf guard fitted with the system.
40-Year Leaf Blaster Pro
Forty years on Leaf Blaster Pro gutter guard against defects in manufactured parts. Parts only — labour, hardware and shipping are not included. Transferrable.
25-Year ShurFlo
Twenty-five years on ShurFlo gutter guard against defects in manufactured parts. Parts only — labour, hardware and shipping are not included. Transferrable.
Leaf Guard Is Part Of The Deal
The ten-year Performance Warranty requires leaf guard to be installed along with the guttering system. Without it, that warranty is void.
That is not a sales tactic bolted on at the end — it is in the warranty document, and we would rather you read it here than find out later. A gutter that packs solid with pine straw stops draining, and we cannot stand behind the performance of a system being asked to work while full of debris.
Warranty Questions
It covers the seamless aluminum guttering system and the leaf guard against factory material defects arising in manufacture. If a part has a manufacturer defect, we repair or replace it at no charge.
For ten years from the date of installation, your guttering system is guaranteed against sagging, pulling loose, leaking or not functioning properly as a result of improper installation. Leaf guard must be installed with the system or the Performance Warranty is void.
Yes. The Lifetime Material Warranty, the Leaf Blaster Pro warranty and the ShurFlo warranty are all transferrable to the new owner.
Acts of God, damage caused by the building settling or shifting, inadequate ventilation or ice damming, deliberate acts or negligence, normal wear and tear, colour fading, rotten wood, materials not supplied by us, and improper maintenance including clogging from leaves or debris.
Rain gutters are not designed to make a watertight seal against the fascia board. Common causes are short or curled-under shingles wicking water back, a fascia board sitting higher than the roof decking, or faulty flashing. These are not caused by the gutter system and are not covered, but we are happy to look and tell you what we see.
Work on the system by anyone other than All Clean Rain Gutters voids all warranties in the document, as does failure to pay in full under the agreed terms.
